I have twelve years Sales experience and ten years Sales Management experience, so am perfectly positioned to appreciate and understand the challenges of the modern workplace. Whilst my background is in the IT industry, many of the challenges facing managers today are common across all businesses; increased internet competition, a shrinking customer base, tighter budgets, more demand for ‘value-add’ and internal markets at every turn.
